At Telemiles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return the products for a refund, under the terms of our refund and return policy.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return or exchange your 4G LTE Wi-Fi product and eSIM data service within 30 days from the date of receipt. The following conditions apply for returns:

Return Steps:
Step #1: Contact Customer Support
Fill out the return request form or contact customer support to begin the process. Provide your order number, device serial number, and reason for return.
Step #2: Return Authorization
Our customer support team will respond within 3 business days. If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product. Only returns with an approved RMA can be processed.
Step #3: Preparing the Product for Return
Repack the product securely in its original packaging (if available). Include any accessories or manuals. Write the provided RMA number clearly on the package.
Step #4: Send the Product Back
Send the product to the address provided by customer support, using a trackable shipping method. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a reliable service that provides proof of delivery.
Step #5: Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account, and they will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
