1.Limited Warranty
Telemiles offers a limited warranty for all eligible products purchased through authorized distributors or official online stores.This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions. Accessories such as power adapters and antennas are also covered.The warranty does not cover packing, software,or technical documentation.lt also does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.To receive warranty service,customers must provide a valid proof of purchase and a complete product serial number.
2.Warranty Period
The standard warranty period for Telemiles devices is 12 months from the original date of purchase,unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice. Warranty periods for replacement units do not renew;the original purchase date applies.
3.Replacement Procedure
If your product is confirmed to be defective during the warranty period:
- A brand-new replacement will be provided when available.
- lf a new unit is unavailable,a refurbished replacement or a model of equivalent value and functionality will be offered.
- Refunds are not available under the warranty policy.
4.Warranty Exclusions
- Products not purchased through Teelmiles'official channels or authorized partners.
- Products that have been disassembled,repaired,or modified by unauthorized personnel.
- Altered,removed,or damaged serial number or warranty labels.
- Damage caused by misuse,accidents,or external factors,including but not limited to:
Natural disasters(floods,fires,lightning,etc.)
Improper environmental conditions(extreme temperature, humidity, power surge, liquid exposure, corrosion, insect damage, etc)
Physical impact,scratching,or contamination after use. - Damage caused by the use of non-original power adapters or unoffical software.
5. How to Request Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty or replacement request, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Product model and serial number
- Proof of purchase(invoice or receipt)
- Description of the issue with photos or videos (if applicable)

1. Return & Exchange Conditions
- All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused,in its original packaging,and include all accessories (e.g., manuals, cables warranty cards, etc)
- The product should not have any signs of use or damage(such as scratches, drops, water marks, stains, etc)
2. Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product.
- A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required to process returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- Once the returned product is verified as eligible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.
3. Exchange Policy
- If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, we offer a free exchange.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product,and the product must be unused, with all original packaging and accessories
- We will provide a brand-new replacement. If the exact model is unavailable,we will offer an equivalent product or issue a refund.
- No restocking fees will be charged for exchanges under these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products without original packaging or accessories.
- Damage caused by customer mishandling or natural disasters (e.g,water damage, fire,etc.)
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
- Custom or personalized products (such as custom MiFi devices,personalized Pet Trackers,etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Return & Exchange Process

- Provide Required lnformation: Include your order number,proof of purchase, photos of the product (if damaged or defective), and specify if you are requesting a return or exchange.
- Review & Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the product or exchanging it, typically within 2-3 business days.
- Return or Exchange: After receiving the returned product,we will process the refund or send the replacement item within 3-5 business days.
6. Special Conditions
- Defective/Damaged Products:lf the product is damaged during shipping or is defective,please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.We will provide a full refund or free replacement.
- Change of Mind Returns:For returns due to personal reasons(e.g,change of mind),the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees,and we may charge a restocking fee,depending on the product and shipping costs.

Charge
Please use the 20W supported charging cable to charge Telemiles ONE.

1. Power On
Press the power button for 3 seconds to power on Telemiles ONE.

2. Wait for Telemiles ONE search signal
It may take few seconds to search signal, depending on your location. The operator's information will display on the screen once it complete searching process.
3. Connect Your Smartphone or Device to the Telemiles ONE
Method 1: Scan the QR code displayed on the Telemiles ONE screen.
Method 2: Connect your smartphone or device to Telemiles ONE Wi-Fi network by inputting SSID/Password manually.
The network name (SSID) is shown on the Telemiles ONE screen, and the password is also displayed there.
Tips: Change the Default SSID and Wi-Fi Password.
To enhance data security, it is highly recommended to change the default SSID and Wi-Fi password via the Web Management System on page 7.

4. Purchase a data plan and Activate it
Purchase and Activate:Scan QR code on page “Scan to top up” with your smartphone. It will access our website (https://servicepod.telemiles.co) directly

If you are the first time to login, please register a new account with your
email address.
Once you finish signing up, you will see your device in your account
automatically(screen shown as below).
Top-up data whatever you want, country and region, anyone you can
choose.

Accessing the Web Management Page
Ensure the connection between Telemiles ONE and your device (used for internet access) is connected.
Note: You cannot access the Web Management Page unless your device is connected to the Telemiles ONE 4G Hotspot.
Enter the URL http://192.168.8.1 into your device's web browser.Enter the username and password to log in to the Web Management Page.
*Contact the customer support team if you encounter any difficulties.

On the Web Management Page, you can:
View data usage, connection speed, network settings, and connected devices.
Change the SSID and Wi-Fi password.
Reset the Telemiles ONE 4G Hotspot to its factory settings.
Switch between eSIM and physical SIM card
*The system will prioritize and activate the embedded eSIM by default.
*If you have a physical SIM card inserted, you need manually switch between your SIM card and embedded eSIM via the Web UI.
