PURCHASE TERMS
These Terms of Service ("T&Cs," "Agreement") govern your use and access to Telemiles' 4G LTE Wi-Fi products, eSIM data services, applications, accessories, and websites ("Products and Services"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Shenzhen Xunwei Communications Co., Ltd., the owner of the Telemiles brand, with its registered office at 24th Floor, Block B, Haiwang Building, No. 2221 Nanhai Avenue, Nanguang Community, Nanshan Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China ("Telemiles"). By using our Products and Services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website. If you are using our Products and Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these T&Cs on behalf of that organization.

BEFORE USING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. TELEMILES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.

This Agreement may only be superseded by a separate, signed written agreement with Telemiles that expressly references and supersedes this Agreement.

If you purchased our Products and Services from an authorized reseller or partner, these T&Cs will still apply as the Agreement between Telemiles and you for your use of the Products and Services.

Section 1: Products & Services

FAIR USE POLICY:
Telemiles aims to provide high-speed internet access to all users. To ensure optimal network performance for all customers, we enforce a Fair Use Policy. Customers who consume a disproportionately high amount of data may experience reduced speeds to maintain fair usage for all. We recommend disabling data-intensive features like cloud syncing, auto-updates, and extended video streaming to avoid excessive data consumption.

Section 2: Eligibility to Purchase

Our Products and Services may be used by customers of any age, but purchases can only be made by individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Products and Services.

Section 3: Delivery

Upon placing an order, you are responsible for inspecting the Products upon delivery to ensure they are in good working condition. Telemiles assumes no liability for loss or damage to Products after delivery to your designated address.

Section 4: Use of Equipment

You agree to use all Products in accordance with these T&Cs and any provided user guides. You further agree not to:
(a) Modify, repair, or alter the Products in any way;
(b) Remove or tamper with any certification markers on the Products;
(c) Share the Products with unauthorized third parties;
(d) Use the Products for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws;
(e) Use the Products to transmit viruses or malicious code.

Telemiles reserves the right to terminate your use of the Products and Services for violating these terms.

Section 5: Returns

Refund and Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Products within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds do not cover shipping costs or consumed data services. To initiate a return, contact our support team at onestore@telemiles.co with your order number and device serial number. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned Products.

Section 6: Fees & Charges

(a) Purchase Charges:
All fees for Products and Services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment methods include credit cards and PayPal.
(b) Service Charges:
Data usage charges must be pre-paid according to the rates posted on our website.
(c) Cancellation:
You may cancel your account or service plan at any time without a cancellation fee. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.
(d) Taxes:
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or VAT based on your location.

Section 7: Ownership of Equipment

By purchasing our Products, you obtain ownership rights for personal use only. Resale or distribution is prohibited.

Section 8: Warranty

Telemiles offers a one-year warranty for Products purchased directly from our website. If you experience any issues, contact our support team at onestore@telemiles.co for assistance.

Section 9: Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the warranty in Section 8, Telemiles makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the Products or Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Section 10: Limitation of Liability

Telemiles is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our Products or Services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid under this Agreement.

Section 11: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Telemiles against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Products or Services or violation of these T&Cs.

Section 12: Miscellaneous

Telemiles reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Telemiles and supersedes all prior agreements.

Section 13: Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of China. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, China.
