At Telemiles, we are committed to delivering your 4G LTE Wi-Fi products and eSIM data services in a timely and efficient manner. We use trusted carriers to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing times may be affected by holidays, limited edition launches, or other special circumstances.

Shipping Costs
 Shipping is free for all countries. However, please note that if your order is affected by customs fees, back-end charges, or other local regulations, these costs will be your responsibility.

Customs and Import Duties
 We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, or import duties that may apply upon delivery. These costs are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions
 Currently, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure that you provide a physical address for delivery.

Order Confirmation
 You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email once your order has been shipped.

Returns and Shipping Costs
