Check that the Wi-Fi name and password are entered correctly. If the issue remains, make sure MAC address filtering is disabled, then restart the device or reset it to factory settings.

For 95% of mainstream carriers worldwide, the M47 is 100% plug-and-play—it will automatically detect the network and configure the APN.
If you use a specialized or regional carrier and need manual setup, you can easily log into the web management page via your phone or laptop to enter the APN settings. Detailed steps are included in the User Manual.
